What goes into the price of the Evvy Vaginal Microbiome Test - Canada?

At Evvy, we’re committed to offering a seamless, science-backed testing experience that provides clear answers and actionable steps for your vaginal health. The price of our Vaginal Health Test in Canada ensures the same high-quality experience for our Canadian users that over 25,000 users have trusted in the U.S.

Here’s what you can expect the cost of your Evvy Vaginal Health Test - Canada goes towards:

  • Lab services: $100 USD

  • Testing supplies + service fee: $30 USD

  • Pre-paid outbound shipping AND express return shipping via FedEx: $80-100 USD (50%+ cheaper than retail rates and ensures your sample gets to the lab as quickly as possible! It also saves you a lengthy trip to Fedex as you can just drop off vs. waiting in line / paying.)

  • International customs & other duties: $15-20 USD

This doesn’t include the clear plan of next steps and free coaching call ($35 value) that are included in every Evvy test as well!

Can I join Evvy’s membership and access all member benefits in Canada?

Yes! Evvy Vaginal Health Test memberships are available in all Canadian provinces except Quebec.

How long does an Evvy test take to ship to Canada?

Canadian orders typically ship in 1-2 business days and take 5-7 business days to arrive via FedEx.

How do I ship my sample back from Canada to the lab?

Your Evvy Vaginal Health Test includes everything you need to easily return your sample to the lab - for more information, check out this help center article.

What should I expect if my test gets stuck in transit?

We aim to get your test to you and back to our lab as quickly as possible, but on occasion, customs clearance can take 1 to 30 days depending on factors outside of our control. Therefore, we can’t guarantee the exact amount of time it will take. If your order longer than expected either on the way to or back to the lab, please check your email for the shipping confirmation and tracking number and first contact FedEx if there are issues. If they’re not able to resolve the issue, please contact us at support@evvy.com!

What is Evvy’s refund policy for Canadian orders?

We offer a full refund for test kits if an order is canceled within twenty four (24) hours of purchase and the test has not shipped. Most purchases placed by 9AM EST M-F will be processed for shipment the same day.

If a refund is requested after 24 hours or after test shipment but within 14 days of purchase of a Vaginal Health Test, and if the sample is not returned to Evvy, we offer a refund in the amount of the test kit purchase price minus a $30 (USD) processing fee The shipping and handling costs plus tax (if any and where applicable) are non-refundable.

No refunds are available after 14 days of purchase.

Can I access Evvy’s prescription treatment plans if I’m in Canada?

Unfortunately, we’re not yet able to offer Clinical Care in Canada.

Not to worry - every Evvy test result comes with downloadable results and a clear list of next steps and research that you can bring in to your provider. You can also access a complimentary 1:1 consultation with one of our certified health coaches, who will walk through your results and what they might mean. They are not doctors themselves, but they can help prepare you to discuss your results with your own doctor if this feels helpful!

Can I discuss my results with my own doctor?

Definitely! You will be able to download your results to share with your care provider if you'd like. The download also includes a brief explanation of the test, lab validity, and results section to introduce your provider to the Evvy test. If you don't have a doctor, we are building out our community recommended provider list for provinces in Canada - stay tuned!
