If you drop your swab, Evvy’s lab is well-equipped to detect contamination from environmental debris or accidental mishandl ing.
It's rare for a dropped swab to cause contamination, and if something is detected in the lab, you’ll be notified via email and sent a new swab to retake the test!
What to do next:
If your swab was dropped, don’t panic. The lab checks for external contaminants and will reach out if your sample isn’t usable.
If unusable, you’ll be sent a replacement swab to retest, so you won’t lose out or need to worry about additional costs.
