Shipping & Processing Times
Due to increased holiday volume, orders placed during Black Friday / Cyber Monday may experience slight processing or shipping delays. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Care: Treatments are typically shipped out within 3-5 business days of your prescriptions being sent from the provider to the pharmacy.
Orders ship out via UPS 2nd Day Air by default, which typically takes 1-2 business days to arrive.
Test: Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days of your order being placed.
Orders ship out via USPS Ground Advantage by default, which typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
If you need something urgently, there are express options at checkout. Shipping times will depend on the speed chosen at checkout.

Do I need a promo code?
No — the discount is automatically applied when your cart subtotal reaches $50 or more.
Can I use the Black Friday / Cyber Monday discount on memberships or combine it with my membership purchase?
No — memberships are not eligible for the Black Friday / Cyber Monday discount, and the discount cannot be applied to orders that include a membership in the cart.
To qualify for the 25% off Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotion, your cart must include $50+ of eligible products only (not including memberships).
Important:
If you have a membership and a product in your cart, and the product subtotal is below $50, the discount will not apply — even if your total cart value is over $50 — because memberships cannot be combined with the offer.
To use the discount, please remove the membership from your cart and ensure you have at least $50 of eligible products.
What if my order is under $50?
Orders under $50 do not qualify for the 25% Black Friday / Cyber Monday discount.
I am an existing Evvy member — can I use this on the next order in my membership?
No — if you have an existing membership, this discount cannot be applied to any future orders in your membership. You can use it on any other eligible product purchases!
What if I placed my order before the sale?
We cannot retroactively apply discounts.

Does this promotion apply to Canadian orders?
Yes — it applies everywhere Evvy currently ships, including Canada
