Scheduling a call

After receiving your results, you will receive a link to book a coaching call with one of our certified health coaches. They are not doctors, nor do they claim to be - rather, their role is to walk you through your results, contextualize them in correlation to your symptoms, and provide education on where the current scientific research stands in regards to targeted treatment.

All coaching calls are conducted via Zoom - you will receive a calendar invite with all necessary info to the email you provide when you sign up. It is important to make sure you input your email correctly as all your notifications about your coaching call appointment will go to this email.

When signing up for your call, we will ask you for some basic information, such as what you'd like to discuss during your call or whether you'd like your video on or off, to make sure you have the best possible experience.

Rescheduling or cancelling a call

We understand that things come up!

If you need to make changes to your call, please following these steps:

  1. Go to your calendar invite for your coaching call and click on the event to see more detail.

  2. At the bottom of the event info, you will see a section titled "Need to make changes to this event?" with links that will direct you to where to go to 1) Cancel or 2) Reschedule.

No-shows and late appointments

To ensure that our coaches have ample time to guide you through your results + answer questions, we kindly request punctuality to your appointment. If you join the Zoom call after 5 minutes into your scheduled call time, we ask that you reschedule!

If you no longer can make your coaching call, please reschedule immediately. No shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged a $30 fee.

If your coach needs to reschedule or cancel for some reason, they will work with you to find a new time to meet.
