Support:
Our Support team typically replies within 1-2 business days to any inquiries sent via chat or email. Response times may be slower between November 28-December 1st and December 23-January 1 given team holiday schedules, but we will do our best to get back to you within 2-3 business days.
If you are experiencing any severe side effects, please reach out immediately to your primary care provider or your local urgent care.
Vaginal Health Test shipments:
Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Our fulfillment team typically ships M-F, but will be closed for Thanksgiving between November 28-29, 2024 Christmas between December 24-25, 2024 and New Years on January 1, 2025. Given that, your test kit shipment may take an additional business day to ship out if your order is placed during that window.
Shipping carriers often experience 1-2 day delays around Black Friday/Cyber Monday, so this may cause addition delays around Thanksgiving!
Results:
PCR results are typically returned within 1-3 business days, and NGS results within 7-10 business days of receipt at the lab. Our lab will be closed for Thanksgiving on November 28, Christmas on December 24-25, and New Years on January 1, 2025. Given that, you may experience a 1-2 business day delay in receiving results if your sample arrives at our lab in either of these windows.
Clinical Care treatment shipments:
Treatments are typically shipped out within 2-4 business days of your prescriptions being sent by the provider. Our pharmacy typically ships M-F, but will be closed for Thanksgiving on November 29, Christmas on December 24-25, and New Years on December 28-January 1. Given that, you may experience a 1-2 business day delay in your treatments shipping if your Clinical Care order is completed in one of these windows.
Coaching Calls:
Coaching calls can typically be booked for the next day. Booking windows may be more limited during this period given holiday schedules.
