Vaginal Health Test details:
The vaginal health test swab is inserted just 1-2 inches into the vaginal canal.
Since hormonal fluctuations can be more dynamic during pregnancy and the vaginal microbiome is susceptible to shifting with hormone changes, it is extremely common for someone's microbiome to shift during pregnancy — and great to see a breakdown of what exactly is happening on a microbial level.
UTI+ Test details:
You can take the UTI+ test while pregnant. The test itself is a simple urine collection that screens for bacteria and other organisms that can cause UTIs, so there's no safety concern with the testing process during pregnancy!
That said, if you test positive for a UTI while pregnant, currently, Evvy is NOT able to treat pregnant individuals with UTIs.
