Yes — Evvy’s platform is designed to support your health goals, including fertility. Whether you're TTC naturally or through assisted methods like IVF, our platform can help you better understand and support your vaginal microbiome on your path to conception.

If you opt in to Evvy's Clinical Care, your test results will be reviewed by a licensed provider who will determine if you're a candidate for treatment (full eligibility requirements here). Our providers can offer care if:

  • You meet the clinical criteria for bacterial vaginosis (BV), aerobic vaginitis (AV), or a yeast infection*

  • You test positive for an active STI

  • You live in a state where our providers are licensed to prescribe

  • You don’t have any underlying health conditions or circumstances that would be better cared for in person

Treatments may include prescription antibiotics, antifungals, boric acid, vaginal probiotics, and more. If you're actively trying to conceive, you'll see specific safety guidelines on your Care page outlining what’s safe to use—and when—based on your cycle.

🚨 Please note: Evvy cannot treat individuals who are pregnant. If you become pregnant while using Evvy’s treatments, stop use immediately and consult your in-person OB-GYN. Because our providers don’t treat pregnant patients, we can’t offer guidance for what to do next during pregnancy—that’s a conversation best had with your doctor.
