How to Upgrade your Evvy Membership
Log in to your account at my.evvy.com/account
Under "Your Evvy Membership" (highlighted in yellow in the screenshot below), click the button that says "Upgrade your Membership."
That's it! All future tests will include the Expanded PCR Panel automatically.
Note that this doesn't change your next shipping date or any other information on your Membership. If you'd like to ship an Expanded Test immediately, see the next question.
How can I get my next Evvy test + Expanded PCR Panel right away?
After upgrading your Evvy Membership with the steps above, click "Access Dashboard" (highlighted in orange above) and log in to your Membership Dashboard. If you don't see this option, check out our FAQ on our Membership Dashboard.
Your account will reflect that your Membership has been changed to "Vaginal Health Test + Expanded Panel." Just press "Send Next Test Now" to process the next order in your Membership immediately!
Will I need to take more than one swab to get Expanded PCR Panel results?
No! The Expanded PCR Panel is a set of 3 additional tests that can be run on your same sample, so your Evvy test will look and function the same way it always has: as one easy, at-home swab.
Can I add the Expanded PCR Panel to just some of my tests?
Yes! If you want to decide on a case-by-case basis whether you'd like to add the Expanded PCR Panel to your test, you'll be given the option to add it at the end of your health history form when you activate your next test.
