What is the test ID?
Your Test ID is the 10-digit alphanumeric code (XXX-XXX-XXXX) that can be found on the black or white stickers in your test kit.
Where can I find the test ID in my test kit?

There are three stickers in your test kit with your Test ID.
One spare sticker is in your kit to be placed on the side of your collection tube (see image #1 above)
One is on the top of the tube holder tray (see image #2 above)
One is on the back of the black test kit box
The ID is the same on all stickers, and may be either black or white, depending on your test kit.
I found my test ID but it won't let me submit it - help!
We're here to help! Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your ID is being inputted correctly:
Make sure that there aren't any extra characters (like periods) or spaces (accepted formats are either XXX-XXX-XXXX or XXXXXXXXXX in lower case or upper case)
Double check any characters that look like a 1 or an F - occasionally, these can look similar when they're printed
