Please note if you are taking both the Vaginal Health Test and the UTI+ Test be sure to ship each test separately according to its specific instructions.
Vaginal Health Test
Before dropping your sample off, ensure your package is securely sealed for transit by using both the double sided tape on the box and the included packing tape (the additional packing tape is found in the envelope in your kit).
Your sample is good for up to 30 days after collection but do not delay in sending your test kit back.
Your Evvy test kit comes with a pre-paid return mailer - for most tests, your pre-paid return label is already applied to the bottom of the box. If your return label came separately, all you need to do is apply it to the bottom of the box. It typically takes 1-3 business days for your sample to arrive at the lab once received by the carrier - please check your email as well as your Evvy account for status updates on your sample's return to the lab.
Depending on where you are located, the shipping carrier associated with your return label may vary. Read below for more additional instructions on how to ship your sample back based on your location!

Drop off at any United States Postal Service (USPS) location ASAP. The sample is stable for up to 30 days, but don’t delay in sending it back!

All test kits are sent back using USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive to the lab within 1-3 business days.

Drop off at any FedEx location ASAP. Given longer transit times to our U.S.-based lab, it’s very important to return your sample as close to collection time as possible. The sample is stable for up to 30 days.

All test kits are sent back using FedEx International Priority, and should typically arrive to the lab within 2-4 business days.
UTI+ Test
After collecting your urine sample, place the collection cup into the biosafety bag, seal it, and return it to the test kit box. Close the box securely and put it inside the provided return shipping bag, then attach the prepaid return label. Make sure to check which carrier is listed on your label (UPS) and drop off your sample within 24 hours of collection.
If you’re unable to ship the same day, refrigerate your sample until you can send it. Keep in mind that delays in shipping can affect the accuracy of your results and may delay diagnosis, and that carrier drop-off cutoffs can vary
