What should I do if I sent my sample in before activating my test?

Reach out to support@evvy.com with your order # in the subject line or chat with us through the blue icon on the bottom right of your screen, our support team will provide you with the test ID!

To complete the process, follow these steps:

  1. Go to my.evvy.com and log in with your email and password.

  2. Press the button that says "Activate+" and input the test ID provided by the Evvy Support team.

  3. Click the blue button that says "Finish Health History"

  4. Fill out your Health Profile. It is important to fill out your health profile based on the symptoms you had when you took your sample, not your current symptoms.

Please note that your sample will not be able to be sequenced until your health history is completed and submitted. If your health history is submitted more than 30 days after your sample was received at the lab, please reach out to support@evvy.com for further assistance.
