How to cancel my membership? And when is the deadline to cancel my membership before my next shipment?

cancel membership, how to cancel, cancel before my next shipment

Updated this week

Step 1: Log into your account

  • Go to the Evvy website and log into your account. After logging in, you’ll be on the My Tests page.

  • Scroll down to Your Subscriptions and click Manage Subscriptions.

    • Some customers may be asked to enter a verification code sent to their phone or email. This is for security and may not appear for everyone.

Step 2: Manage your subscription

  • Under Active Subscriptions, click the blue Manage This Subscription button.

  • On the subscription page, you’ll see options to Reschedule, Skip, and Cancel Subscription at the bottom.

  • Click Cancel Subscription.

Step 3: Confirm cancellation or pause

  • A pop-up will appear asking if you would like to Pause Instead.

    • You can pause your subscription for 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months if you prefer.

  • To cancel, click Cancel Subscription.

  • On the next page, select a reason for cancellation and click Next.
    Click Confirm Cancellation.

  • You will see a confirmation screen stating: “We have cancelled your subscription. You can restart your subscription at any time from your account.”

Verify your cancellation

  • When you log into your account next, on the My Tests page, scroll down to the subscriptions box.

  • If the cancellation was successful, there will be nothing in the subscriptions box — only your past tests or tests you currently have on hand will be visible.

Timing: When to cancel

  • You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment is processed to avoid being charged. A good time to cancel is when you receive the Evvy transactional email a few days before your next order, which reminds you that your shipment is coming soon.

If you did not cancel in time, reach out to support. While it is not guaranteed, we can try to stop your order from going out and help take care of it if possible.
