Step 1: Log into your account
Go to the Evvy website and log into your account.
You should be on the My Tests page
Scroll down to Your Subscriptions and click Manage Subscriptions.
Some customers may be asked to enter a verification code sent to their phone or email. This is for security and may not appear for everyone.
Step 2: Open your active subscription
On the Manage Subscriptions page, you will see Active Subscriptions and Inactive Subscriptions.
Under Active Subscriptions, find the subscription you want to change and click Manage This Subscription.
Step 3: Choose Skip or Reschedule
Skip
Click Skip to skip your next scheduled shipment.
A message will confirm the date you are skipping.
Click Yes, skip this order to confirm.
You can also click Unskip if you want to revert the skip.
Reschedule
Click Reschedule to move your order to a different date.
You can delay by 1 week, 2 weeks, or choose a specific date.
Your next order will ship on the date you select.
Timing
You must skip or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled shipment.
Once your order is in Pending Shipment status, it cannot be skipped or rescheduled for that shipment.
