How do I manage or cancel my Care Order or Subscription?

Canceling Your Evvy Clinical Care Order

Consultation Refund Policy: Refunds for an initial consultation for services can only be offered if a request for cancellation occurs within 14 days of purchase, and before the medical provider reviews your questionnaire and provides a consultation. If you've completed your consultation from the medical provider, we cannot issue you a refund. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account after processing. If you do not see the refund within this timeframe, check with your bank to verify the transaction. Additionally, refunds are not available after the provider has reviewed your questionnaire and provided a consultation, as their time is compensated.

Treatment Refund Policy: Refunds cannot be processed for treatment once a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy by the medical team. We can typically issue a replacement for your treatment if it was damaged for any reason during shipping. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly by emailing support@evvy.com. To request a refund or cancellation, contact Evvy’s customer support team. Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a notification confirming the refund. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account after processing. If delays occur, consult your bank. Additionally, if a treatment is damaged during shipping, a replacement can typically be issued.

Managing Your Care or Treatment Subscription


If you’d like to pause or cancel your Evvy Treatment Subscription, you can do so anytime by clicking “Manage Membership” in your account at my.evvy.com/account

You’ll have the option to:

  • Reschedule your next treatment shipment, giving you the flexibility to pause or reschedule your subscription until you're ready to continue

  • Cancel your subscription completely, if it’s no longer right for you
