Updated over 3 weeks ago

If you are diagnosed with a UTI after an Evvy-affiliated clinician reviews your Evvy UTI+ test and you are eligible, you can access UTI treatment through Evvy and have the appropriate prescriptions sent to your local pharmacy for same-day pick-up.

Reasons you may be ineligible for Evvy UTI Prescriptions

Geographic location

UTI Clinical Care is not yet available in: Delaware, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington DC, West Virginia, Armed Forces Europe / Pacific, US Virgin Islands, and Canada.

Recommended for in-person care instead of Evvy's telehealth offering

Please note that affiliated providers through Evvy's care platform may determine that a patient's Evvy results, health history, and current symptoms are not sufficient to reach a proper diagnosis, or that the patient may require additional physical examinations prior to treatment. Providers will then refer the patient from Evvy's digital care platform to receive in person care and a physical examination to establish the best treatment plan.

Currently, Evvy is NOT able to treat the following for a UTI:

  • Those who are under 18 years old or 65 years or older

  • Those who are actively pregnant

  • Those who are actively breastfeeding

  • Those with a history of cancer

  • Those who have kidney disease

  • Those who have a history of kidney stones

  • Those with a history of surgery on or placement of a device or stent in your kidney(s), bladder or ureters

  • Those with an indwelling foley catheter or suprapubic tube

  • Those who have received an organ transplant

  • Those with a solitary kidney

  • Those with a history of pyelonephritis or hospitalization for a urine or kidney infection

  • Those with a history of neurogenic bladder or inability to completely empty your bladder

  • Those who are immunocompromised or immunosuppressed
