Your UTI+ Test ID is the 8-digit alphanumeric code (VXXXXXXX) that can be found on the white stickers in your UTI+ Test kit.
Where can I find the test ID in my UTI+ Test kit?
There are 2 stickers in your test kit with your UTI+ Test ID. One sticker is on the inside of your kit, while the other is affixed to the label that will be placed on your collection cup.
