Can I use HSA/FSA to pay for Evvy?

Learn how to use your HSA/FSA to pay for the Evvy Vaginal Health Test, including what to do if your card is declined at checkout.

Please note: Evvy's Vaginal Health Test and Clinical Care are eligible for HSA / FSA, and we see the majority of people able to use their HSA / FSA card or get reimbursement following the below instructions. However, since every insurance plan is different, we cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Checking out with a single test

Want to use your HSA/FSA to pay for your Evvy Vaginal Health Test? Great! Evvy has partnered with Sika Health to help streamline this process.

When you get to the Payment section of checkout, select "Sika | Pay with HSA/FSA" and click "Pay Now" at the bottom of the screen.

You'll then be redirected to input your HSA/FSA card info in, and then can press "Place Order" to process the payment!

If your card is declined, feel free to reach out to support@sikahealth.com for support.

Checking out with a membership test

Unfortunately, Sika Health does not currently support payment for subscription services. They're actively working to add that offering, but in the meantime, you can still submit your Evvy membership test to your HSA/FSA plan for reimbursement. In fact, most users who intend on using their HSA/FSA accounts to cover their Evvy membership use a regular card to purchase! Your order confirmation email can serve as an itemized receipt for HSA/FSA reimbursement for the Evvy Vaginal Health Test (single or membership).

Checking out with a clinical care treatment program

Given our treatment programs are customized and look different person to person, Sika Health does not presently support payment for prescription treatment programs. In the meantime, you can still submit your Clinical Care order to your HSA / FSA plan for reimbursement. Most users purchase with a regular card, and then submit to their HSA / FSA for reimbursement! If you need an itemized receipt for HSA or FSA reimbursement, please reach out to us for further assistance. Please note that at this time, Evvy-affiliated providers are unable to complete any additional forms on your behalf that may be required by your HSA / FSA for reimbursement.
