What should I do if I forgot my password?

Reset your password

Go to https://my.evvy.com/login/ and click the link that says "Forgot Password?" - if you have an active Evvy account, your link will be sent to your email associated with your Evvy account! If you are not receiving the password reset email, it could be due to one of the following reasons: your account has not been created yet, your account activation is pending, or you may have used an incorrect email address during account creation.

Why Can't I Log In or Reset My Password?

Most users don't set up their accounts until they receive the kit and activate it — which is likely the reason you can't login and aren't receiving a "forgot password" link! When you are ready to take the test, just follow these steps! Additionally, ensure you are using the correct email address associated with your account, as using a different email during checkout or account creation can prevent you from receiving password reset emails.

  1. Go to evvy.com/activate and create an account using the Test ID on your kit.

  2. From there, fill out your Health Context. It's important that you answer the questions in this section with what symptoms and diagnoses you remember from the time of taking your swab, not your current symptoms! Once you complete these steps, your account will be activated, and you can log in to access your settings and features.

  • Access your account dashboard by going to my.evvy.com/account

  • Manage your membership settings, including test dates, shipping, and billing.

  • Verify your identity to ensure secure access to your account.
