Go to https://my.evvy.com/login/ and click the link that says "Forgot Password?" - if you have an active Evvy account, your link will be sent to your email associated with your Evvy account!
I didn't receive an email to reset my password.
Most users don't set up their accounts until they receive the kit and activate it — which is likely the reason you can't login and aren't receiving a "forgot password" link!
When you are ready to take the test, just follow these steps!
Go to evvy.com/activate and create an account using the Test ID on your kit.
From there, fill out your Health Context. It's important that you answer the questions in this section with what symptoms and diagnoses you remember from the time of taking your swab, not your current symptoms!
