We’re here help! Reach out to support@evvy.com and let us your order number or test ID, and we’ll investigate.

In the rare instance we have a shipping mishap, we're happy to do two things:

  1. Investigate with our lab and shipping carrier.

  2. Send you a replacement kit for free.

While shipping carriers are out of our direct control, we’re so sorry for the inconvenience here and will work with you to make this right!
