In the rare instance we have a shipping mishap, we're happy to do two things:
Launch an investigation with the shipping carrier
Send you a replacement kit for free.
There's a small chance it may still arrive at our lab, and if it does we will process it in addition to the replacement kit. While shipping carriers are out of our direct control, we’re so sorry for the inconvenience here and will work with you to make this right!
