Consultation Refund Policy: Refunds for an initial consultation for services can only be offered if a request for cancellation occurs within 14 days of purchase, and before the medical provider reviews your questionnaire and provides a consultation. If you've completed your consultation from the medical provider, we cannot issue you a refund. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account after processing. If you do not see the refund within this timeframe, check with your bank to verify the transaction. Additionally, refunds are not available after the provider has reviewed your questionnaire and provided a consultation, as their time is compensated.
Please also note that all Rx products require your intake questionnaire to be completed within 6 months of your purchase date. If your intake is not completed within this window, your consultation will expire and you would need to purchase a new product to restart the process. Expired consultations are not eligible for a refund. We'll send you reminders ahead of your expiration date so you have plenty of time to complete your intake.
Treatment Refund Policy: Refunds cannot be processed for treatment once a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy by the medical team. We can typically issue a replacement for your treatment if it was damaged for any reason during shipping. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly by emailing support@evvy.com.
