How do I update my address?

Step 1: Log into your account

  • Go to the Evvy website and log into your account. After logging in, you’ll be on the My Tests page.

  • Click Manage Subscriptions.

    • Some customers may be asked to enter a verification code sent to their phone or email. This is for security and may not appear for everyone.

Step 2: Access Address and Payment Details

  • On the subscription page, look for the tabs on the right-hand side:

    • View Your Next Order

    • View Upcoming Orders

    • View Previous Orders

    • Manage Subscriptions

    • Address and Payment Details

    • Logout

  • Click Address and Payment Details.

Step 3: Update your address

  • Under Manage Addresses, find your current address and click Edit.

  • Enter your new address.

  • Choose which orders this address should apply to:

    • Use this address for all my products – updates the address for all subscriptions or products under your account. (ex. Care)

    • Keep products with different addresses separate – only updates this address for the specific subscription you’re editing.

  • Click Save Changes.

Step 4: Verify your updated address

  • Click View Upcoming Orders.

  • Check the delivery address listed at the top of your next order to confirm it reflects the new address.

Timing: When to update your address

  • Before shipment is charged: Update your address at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to ensure your order ships to the correct location.

  • After shipment is charged: If your order is already in Pending Shipment or charged, you must contact support. Support can try to update the address before it leaves our fulfillment center, but it is not guaranteed. Updates will apply only to future shipments if the current order has already shipped.
