Before taking your sample

Our tests are good for 6 months from purchase, giving you the flexibility to test when you're ready! If you have an Evvy account, you should receive an email from Evvy about 1 month before your test expires to remind you to use it. The specific test ID that is expiring will be noted in that email, but if you're ever uncertain, reach out to support@evvy.com for more info.

Make sure to have support@evvy.com and hello@evvy.com added to your address book so you don't miss important emails like this from us!

After taking your sample

Once your sample is taken, it is designed to be stable for up to 30 days without any special transportation or refrigeration, but we recommend sending it back as soon as possible. Please drop it off at any United States Postal Service (USPS) location in the US or FedEx location in Canada as soon as possible.
