How to update my credit card?

credit card, change credit card, update credit card

Updated this week

Step 1: Log into your account

  • Go to the Evvy website and log into your account. After logging in, you’ll be on the My Tests page.

  • Scroll down to Your Subscriptions and click Manage Subscriptions.

    • Some customers may be asked to enter a verification code sent to their phone or email. This is for security and may not appear for everyone.

Step 2: Access Payment Methods

  • On the subscription page, look for the tabs on the right-hand side:

    • View Your Next Order

    • View Upcoming Orders

    • View Previous Orders

    • Manage Subscriptions

    • Address and Payment Details

    • Logout

  • Click Address and Payment Details.

  • Click Manage Payment Methods.

Step 3: Update your credit card

  • You can either Add a Payment Method or Edit a Payment Method.

  • Enter your updated credit card information.

  • Choose your billing address:

    • Use my current address as the billing address – if your billing address is the same as your shipping address.

    • Enter a different billing address – if your billing address is different.

  • Optionally, select Update all of my subscriptions to use this payment method to apply it across all subscriptions under your account.

  • Click Save Changes.

Timing: When to update your credit card

  • You will receive an email from Evvy a few days before your next shipment, letting you know your next test is shipping soon.

  • The email includes a link to access your account at evvy.com/account, where you can click the Manage Membership button to update your payment method.

  • You must update your payment method at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment is processed.

  • Important: Once an order has been charged, you cannot update the payment method for that order. Evvy cannot refund and charge a different credit card for orders that have already been processed. Updates will only apply to future shipments.
